Lol maybe we get a different version of the Wii Fit over here in Australia, because the yoga thing in my wii fit tells you how to breathe and when to inhale n exhale with a shrinking and expending circle

remember not to criticise the wii fit too much... kids today cannot go and have a jog in their local neighbourhood because of society today and for their own safety so I think that making fitness fun and challenging is a stimulant to increase the fun behind working out. Wii Fit will increase your heart rate if you do the exercises for the right amount of time and remember that not everybody is as fit as you are. Wii Fit beats couch potato video games!!!

haha regarding that girl who the wii fit called fat... When I did my body test it said "That's obese!" And it sounded SO enthusiastic! hahahah I got a kick out of it.

i personally like the game because it actually motivates you to play. my boyfriend's mom has it, and we compete for the top spots on the leaderboard. it's actually really fun. unlike videos, it tells you when you are putting the wrong amount of weight on certain parts of your body, and has really helped my balance. it may not be the best fitness option, but it does get you moving!

why spent 3 dollars on a hola hoop when u can spend 200$ and 90$ to get a WII :D

me too, i use it everyday like it told me to, I do the push up thing, the running, and some aerobics everyday and ive actually lost weight! its awesome!

Last night, I was underweight (according to the wii fit) and I wanted to gain 10 lbs. Then, a day later, I had gained over 5 lbs. I'm not sure if it was an error or if I had actually gained 5 pounds of muscle. Anyway, it's great for tracking progress.

i also suggest you trying the wii fit for more then 10 min u got to unlock more workouts i love it.
