yeaa thats how i was when i first did it lol harded that it looks but its good! my sister was the same way and she has lost about 15lbs in the last month or so with just these vids and proper eating!! good luck!!

The website says about 140 calories. I don't know for what gender/weight that's for though. It could vary.

supposedly it burns about 100 calories, but you can do it twice, do it faster, always do the harder steps, move your arms more, etc. to get it to burn more cals.

I was able to get to 4 minutes. Then stopped for a minute, and then got to 5minutes and stopped. and on and on. :P
